Terms And Conditions

B R ARCHITECTS & DESIGNERS ("the Company") provides architectural and design services subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Scope of Services: The Company will provide architectural and design services as agreed upon in writing with the client. The scope of services, deliverables, and project timelines will be clearly defined in the agreement.

  2. Fees and Payment: The client agrees to pay the Company the agreed-upon fees for the services rendered. Payment terms, including any milestones or progress payments, will be outlined in the agreement. Late payments may be subject to additional charges.

  3. Intellectual Property: The Company retains all intellectual property rights related to its designs, plans, and documents unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables solely for the intended purpose.

  4. Confidentiality: The Company will treat all client information and project details as confidential and will not disclose them to any third parties without the client's consent.

  5. Changes and Amendments: Any changes or amendments to the project scope or deliverables must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional fees and timelines may apply.

  6. Limitation of Liability: The Company's liability for any errors, omissions, or damages arising from its services is limited to the fees paid by the client. The Company is not liable for any consequential or indirect damages.

  7. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice in the event of a material breach. The client may be responsible for fees incurred up to the termination date.

  8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company operates, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

By engaging the Company's services, the client agrees to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
